What is Keyfred?

Keyfred is an AI-powered mobile keyboard assistant. You can use sentence correction, rewriting, and translation features right from your keyboard.

What languages are supported?

Currently Korean is supported. Japanese and English keyboards will be released sequentially. The translation feature supports 8 languages.

How do credits work?

Credits are consumed each time you use AI features (correction, rewriting, translation). 1 credit equals approximately 1,000 tokens. Usage is calculated by internal rules and includes not only the text you type, but also the feature-specific prompt/instructions, input tokens, and output tokens. For that reason, even short input may differ from what the visible input length alone suggests.

Is my personal data safe?

Yes. We apply on-device FST processing and PII filtering to protect your personal information. Input text is never stored on our servers.

Does it support both iOS and Android?

Yes, Keyfred is a cross-platform keyboard available on both iOS and Android.

What rewrite tones are available?

We support 9 tones: Default, Business, Polite, Friendly, Casual, Concise, Expert, Social, and Literary.
